Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between Smart Family Finance, hereinafter referred to as the "Finance Coach," and the client, hereinafter referred to as the "Client."
Cancellation or Rescheduling
Notification Requirements: The Client agrees to receive session reminders via email before each scheduled appointment.
Refund Policy: If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule a session, the Finance Coach must be notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time to qualify for a full refund.
Cancellation Timeframes:
a. If the Client cancels an appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, a full refund will be provided.
b. If the Client cancels an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled session, a 50% refund will be granted.
c. No refunds will be provided if the Client cancels 4 hours or less before the scheduled session.
Rescheduling Limits: The Client is allowed to reschedule an appointment once. Subsequent rescheduling requests will be subject to the cancellation policy outlined above.
No Show Policy
Late Arrival: If the Client is not present within 10 minutes of the scheduled session time, it will be considered a "No Show."
Payment Responsibility: In the case of a No Show, the Client will be held responsible for the entire session payment.
General Terms
Payment: Payment for services must be made before each session, as per the agreed-upon terms.
Confidentiality: The Finance Coach agrees to keep all information shared by the Client during sessions confidential unless explicit permission is granted by the Client to disclose such information.
Termination: Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with a written notice. The Finance Coach reserves the right to terminate services if the Client engages in any inappropriate, unethical, or illegal conduct.
Changes to Terms: The Finance Coach reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
By engaging in financial coaching services with Smart Family Finance, the Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
